A personal record
My own progress.
I was a trainer at 230 pounds. Knowing what to do and following it were different things. Building a repeatable process changed how I trained, ate and reviewed my progress. That's the kind of structure I help clients build.

My coaching focuses on your training, food habits, recovery, and progress.
Coaching that fits your experience.
For adults 18+ of any gender who want to build muscle and make training and food habits easier to follow. Fit comes down to your goals, experience, schedule, and willingness to follow and review a plan.
